Buying a Renovated vs Fixer-upper Home

Woonarrangementen

Fixer-upper: You have made the decision and have bought the small two under one roof house that needs some love (okay, lots of love) and you are excited. But some decisions must be taken; namely, where do you live during the renovation process? Living on a construction site is not ideal, but neither pays rent and a mortgage at the same time. Know your limits.

Renovated: Is it good to go to your new home, unpack your boxes and sleep on your bed? If so, the higher price tag of renovated home may be worth the effort, rather than living with the mess of months of renovations.
